- The Energy Department Punjab intends to solarize 4,200 Schools across central and northern Punjab. INTEGRATION’s role is:
- Assisting the PMU in implementation of the project to the specified standards, completed on schedule, ensuring a proper monitoring of the results and with no cost overrun, providing advisory and capacity development for project implementation and for the operation and maintenance of the system introduced under the project.
- Developing standard engineering design, supply, installation and commissioning (DSI&C) i) Controlling cost, quality and schedule of contractor’s work and deliverable ii) Certify payments iii) Recommend appropriate mitigation action as defined in DSI&C iv) Installation, safety process manual that follows local regulation, standards and best practice as per internationally accepted standard (IEEE, IEC) v) Social and Environmental Provisions.
